Lals Chocolates UAE is not responsible if the wrong delivery address is given and the package is delivered to the wrong and/or unknown recipient. If the address is undeliverable or the package is unclaimed, Lals Chocolates does not offer refunds even if the package is returned.
There are a few reasons an order can be returned to sender but most often it is due to an incorrect address. Please get in touch with Lals Chocolates UAE if you receive information regarding your parcel being returned to sender. New shipping charges will be invoiced for orders that had an incorrect address originally provided.
Because of the delicate nature of our chocolates we don’t risk shipping them outside the UAE, but our full range of products is available in Pakistan and you can order directly from there as well on www.lalschocolates.com/pk

Does Lals Chocolates Chocolate Contain Dairy Products?
Our dark chocolates are dairy free and the label will indicate the ingredients very clearly so you can check if any allergen is present.
Does Lals Chocolates Chocolate Contain Nuts?
Due to the wide range of ingredients that go into all our beautifully hand crafted chocolates, all our products may contain traces of nuts and/or peanuts. Our chocolates are produced in a facility that works with nuts therefore they may not be safe for someone with a nut allergy.
Is Lals Chocolates Chocolate Gluten Free?
Many of our chocolates are indeed gluten free and if that is the case you will see the gluten free stamp on our packaging.
Are Lals Chocolates Chocolates Vegan Friendly?
Many of our products are made with dark chocolate with contains only plant based ingredients and no dairy, therefore they could be Vegan friendly. The back of the packaging list the ingredients clearly so you can determine this upon reading the ingredient list.

My Lals Chocolates Order Isn’t As Perfect As You Promised
Here at Lals Chocolates, we’re total perfectionists and it shows. However, if you do have an issue with your order, please contact us within five working days. If it’s our mistake, we’ll be sure to have a solution as soon as humanly possible. However, we’re not responsible for faults resulting from environmental factors outside of our control.
What If I Have A Change Of Heart?
To ensure our products are only ever delivered and presented to you as fresh as possible, we are unable to accept an exchange or return due to change of mind (or heart).

How Do I Bring My Chocolate To Room Temperature When I Remove It From Storage?
To bring your chocolates back to ideal melt in your mouth temperature, keep them in plastic bags until the entire package comes to room temperature. This will take approximately two hours if stored in the refrigerator. Do not freeze chocolates ever!
How Long Do Lals Chocolates products Stay Fresh?
We’ve spent years mastering the art of preservation. Your Lals Chocolates chocolate should be enjoyed before it reaches its best before date.You can find a best-before-date on each packaging of chocolate. All products ordered and delivered via online will have a minimum 2 weeks shelf life. We do not offer refunds for chocolate that is approaching its BBD.
Once opened, all our chocolates are designed to be blissfully devoured within two weeks, if stored below 18°C. Here are a few ways keep your Lals Chocolates products in wonderful condition:
- Nothing ruins great chocolate faster than heat – avoid humidity and direct sunlight.
- For freshness of unopened products, please check the best before date.
- Never leave your handcrafted chocolates in the car.
- And please, don’t store your precious chocolates near odours.
