Shipping Information
Our chocolates are packed and shipped using state-of-the-art shipping materials to ensure their safe delivery. 

Order Shipping and Delivery
We ship and deliver from Monday to Saturday. We do not deliver on Sunday.

For holiday (Eid, New Year's, Valentine's Day) orders, our website will provide guidelines on order deadlines to ensure guaranteed delivery prior to the holiday.

In case of unexpected events such as political conditions, monsoon season or pandemic-related unexpected closures - the shipments may get delayed.

Nationwide Delivery
LALS products can be delivered to three cities nationwide either on the same day or the next day, depending on the delivery location. If the delivery location is in Dubai, the product can be delivered on the same day or the next day. Delivery in other cities will take place on the next day.

We are delivering to the following cities currently:

Shipping Policy

Your order is guaranteed to arrive in perfect condition at the specified shipping address provided. If you are not completely satisfied with the quality of your order upon arrival, please contact Customer Care within (30) days of receipt, with a detailed description and photograph(s) evidencing your dissatisfaction, for assistance with a replacement or exchange.

We will either reship the item or replace it with another of equal or greater value. A replacement or exchange will be shipped within 10 days. Due to the perishable nature of our chocolate, all claims submitted without proper support will not be eligible for reshipment. LALS reserves the right to limit replacements. Returns and refunds are not offered.

Our guarantee extends only to correctly addressed orders. Unfortunately, and due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot guarantee the condition of the package if the carrier must reroute your order. LALS cannot be responsible for the condition of orders that are not able to be delivered on the first attempt (or that you may have updated or revised through any customization options with our carrier).

We will ship your order to the shipping address(es) you provide. Please include a street address, and company name, suite or apartment numbers when applicable to ensure proper delivery.

LALS is not responsible for failed deliveries when:

  1. You provide an incorrect or outdated address;
  2. Your recipient is out of town or not available, or
  3. You do not provide a corrected/new delivery address within 24 hours of the first delivery attempt.

Shipments that are returned or require rerouting due to incorrect addresses will be subject to additional charges for reshipment and/or relabeling for the carrier.

  • When will I receive my precious chocolates?
  • For Dubai, we offer same-day and next-day delivery

    For other cities, we offer next-day delivery

  • What if I have given the incorrect address?
  • LALS Chocolates UAE is not responsible if the wrong delivery address is given and the package is delivered to the wrong and/or unknown recipient. If the address is undeliverable or the package is unclaimed, LALS Chocolates does not offer refunds even if the package is returned.

  • What happens if my parcel has been returned to the sender?
  • There are a few reasons an order can be returned to the sender but most often it is due to an incorrect address. Please get in touch with LALS Chocolates UAE if you receive information regarding your parcel being returned to the sender. New shipping charges will be invoiced for orders that had an incorrect address originally provided.

  • Can you ship my LALS chocolates order overseas?
  • Due to the delicate of our chocolates, we do not take the risk of shipping them outside the UAE. However, you can find our entire range of products in Pakistan, and place your orders directly from there through www.lalschocolates.com/pk.

  • Will my carefully crafted chocolates survive warm weather?
  • Our chocolates are packed and shipped using state-of-the-art, temperature-sensitive shipping materials to ensure their safe delivery. We use insulated styrofoam containers all year round. This packaging is also one of the reasons why delivery charges are high. 

  • Do you offer same-day shipping?
  • Yes, we offer same-day shipping in Dubai for orders placed before 4 pm.

  • Can I use a separate shipping and billing address?
  • You can also have a separate Billing and Shipping address if you want to send the chocolates to someone else as a gift. You can place your order from anywhere in the world for delivery in UAE. For example, if you are ordering from the US, you can have your billing address in the USA and your delivery address in Dubai.

  • Can you deliver at a specific time of the day?
  • For deliveries in Dubai, you can choose your preferred date and time slot. We offer two same-day delivery time slots: 2:00 PM - 6:00 PM and 8:00 PM - 12:00 AM. For other cities, you can choose your delivery date e.g 21st of March but you cannot choose a delivery time.

  • Which cities do you deliver to?
  • At the moment we are delivering to the following 3 cities - Dubai, Sharjah, and Abu Dhabi.
